The eCMID Helpdesk currently operates Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:00 UK time, excluding English public holidays.
IMCA’s office will be closed during the festive period and will re-open on Monday 4 January 2021.

The IMCA eCMID team
Graeme Reid co-ordinates the Marine eCMID Committee and is responsible for the day-to-day technical and policy aspects of the eCMID system and inspection templates, reporting to Mark Ford, IMCA Technical Director.
Adam Hugo provides technical direction for the eCMID website and software developers, and works closely with Ade Adebanjo to provide the eCMID Helpdesk and maintain our user guides and support materials.

IMCA actively invites feedback on the eCMID/eMISW inspection templates, the database, application and wider eCMID system. This helps shape future development to ensure that the system meets industry needs.
